Return & Refund Policy
We do not offer general returns or exchanges.
Returns and refunds are only accepted if the product is received in a damaged, defective, or incorrect condition.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at vedang@getjustpour.com with:

Your order number

Clear photos of the product

Clear photos of the outer packaging
Failure to report within 48 hours of delivery will make the order ineligible for return or refund.
If the claim is verified and approved, we will either:

Issue a replacement at no additional cost, or

Provide a refund to your original payment method
Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the amount.
Items that are not damaged, defective, or incorrect are not eligible for return or refund.
