Shipping Policy

We ship all orders through Delhivery.

Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or message with a tracking link to monitor your shipment.

Shipping Time
Delivery timelines depend on your location:

  • Metro cities: 2–4 business days

  • Non-metro locations: 3–7 business days

  • Remote areas: 5–10 business days

These timelines are estimates provided by Delhivery and may vary due to weather conditions, operational delays, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges
Shipping charges (if applicable) will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, re-shipping charges may apply.

Order Tracking
All orders are shipped with tracking. You can track your order using the tracking link shared after dispatch.

Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or you believe it is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date at vedang@getjustpour.com with your order details.

We will coordinate with Delhivery to investigate and resolve the issue. Replacement or refund (if applicable) will be processed only after verification.

Delivery Delays
While we aim for timely delivery, we are not liable for delays caused by the courier partner or circumstances beyond our control.
